If you are looking for the best EMF meter, this list reviews and ranks five best meters for any budget.

We are living in times when it is difficult to imagine our lives without electric devices that so often dominate our day to day living: cell-phones, computers, smart meters, electrical appliances, and so on. And it is difficult to imagine how these ‘helpful’ electric tools can cause any danger to our health at all.

Number of studies have shown that Electromagnetic Field, or EMF, radiation, that is emitted by electric devices, can bring some serious harm and damage to human body and particularly our DNA. It is what I call a silent killer, we can’t see it nor feel it, but it still hurts.

While it’s undeniable that most of the modern households have at least some level of exposure to EMF radiation, it is key to drive our understanding of the radiation levels that are around us and learn where the most radiation originate from. This then can help us to manage our defense against the radiation exposure more efficiently and therefore protect the health of our families in a long run.

As a first step towards building the protection against the dangers of EMF radiation is measuring the exposure to the EMF radiation by means of a quality EMF meter.

Here I share a list of some of the best EMF meters out there in a different price range so that you can find a meter based on your budget requirements.

1. Meterk EMF Meter – best on a budget

When it comes to a strict budget, Meterk is probably one of the best EMF meters in a lower price range. At $30, Meterk delivers fairly accurate reading of both electric and magnetic fields. It has an LCD display and a build in sound-light alarm that automatically alarms when the radiation level exceeds the safe limit. Meterk meter is easy to read and it can be used for a wide range of electric devices. Meterk is the best buy in the EMF meter budget line.

2. KKMoon EMF Meter – second best on a budget

KKMoon is another great option for EMF meter on a budget. This meter is under $25 and does a great job at detecting radiation frequencies from 30Hz to 300Hz. Similar to Meterk, KKMoon also has a build in sound-light alarm and a large LCD display. It is easy to use and operate. This meter can hold prior data and also measures temperature (both in Celsius and Fahrenheit units).

3. Latnex MG 300 – best for a mid-range budget

Similar to the above two budget meters, Latnex MG 300 also measures electromagnetic fields frequency as low as 30 to 300Hz. MG 300 can be used for a wide range electric transmission equipment: anything from air conditioner, refrigerator, computer monitor to power lines. It’s priced at just under $90 and typically comes with a warranty.

4. TriField TF2 – best high-end meter

For those looking for a more advanced quality EMF meter, TriField TF2 is certainly one of the best EMF meters out there for under $200 price range. With a price tag of just under $170 you can expect this meter to be one of the best quality devices in it TriField’s range. Trifielfd TF2 measures all three types of EMF radiation: electric, magnetic and radio frequency (or microwave radiation). Additionally, the new special frequency weighted mode also measures EMF currents in the human body.

The audio output is very useful in indicating the radiation levels around the house. This meter can be used for anything that emits radiation starting from cell phones to microwaves and thus provides a better understanding of harmful radiation levels around the house that could be then managed more effectively.

5. Latnex HF-B3G – second best high end meter

Latnex HF-B3G is a great high quality radio frequency meter at a price just under $150. The meter has a triple axis sensor that ensures accurate reading regardless of which direction the meter is pointed at. HF-B3G model measures radio frequency range of 50MHz to 3.5GHz, such as cell phones, cell towers, microwaves and many others. Excellent meter, the only drawback, unlike Trifield TF2 above, this meter only measures radio frequency and not electromagnetic radiation.

In Closing

No doubt a good quality EMF meter is a must tool to have in learning about radiation levels in your home, work or anywhere you go. Thankfully, there is great range of EMF meters to choose from regardless of the budget. As the world becomes more smart tech friendly, timely protection against EMF radiation is becoming more important than ever before.

Ever since I started researching EMF radiation and the associated risks of it, finding the ways of protecting the well-being of my family from the harmful EMF effects became my number one priority. In this blog I wanted to share my research of ever increasing risks of EMF radiation that surrounds us every day and how we can protect ourselves and our loved ones. I hope you find the information useful.
